Can I return my watch? Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, return it for a full refund, no questions asked! Check out our Refunds page for more details.

How are your watches packaged? Every watch is packed and shipped in a black cardboard gift box. Some watches also come in a velvet bag as described in the product description.

How do I set the time and other functions? There is a comprehensive instruction booklet that comes with every watch with specific instructions on all functionality.

Where can I input my discount code? Once you add items to your cart, click on the shopping cart icon. Here, you can enter a discount code at the bottom of the screen where it says “enter discount code”. You can also enter a discount code before finalizing the purchase.

Do I have to wind your watches? No, you do not need to wind our watches as they come with a battery designed to last 1 to 2 years or longer.

Do Your Watches Require a Battery? Yes, our watches come with a battery designed to last 1 to 2 years or longer.

Are your watches waterproof? Our watches have a waterproof rating of 3ATM which means it is resistant against rain, splashes & hand-washing.

Can I play sports/activities with my watch on? Yes, you can play sports as it has protection against shock.

How much is shipping? Shipping is always free!

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order (during normal business hours) before USPS picks it up. Due to worldwide shipping delays due to COVID-19, most of our customers have been receiving their orders within 7-14 days. We hope to once again provide our customers with 3-7 day shipping very soon!

How do I track my order? You will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive an email with a shipment confirmation and USPS tracking number once your package has been processed. If you have questions about your order status, did not receive the email or did not receive your order within 7 days, contact us at support@megalithstore.com.

Will you deliver to a Post Office or APO/FPO? Yes! Just put the APO in the City field and AE or AP in the State field.
